In this evening talk, we’ll explore the intimate relationship between how we live our lives each day and our meditation and spiritual practice. The speaker, Geoffrey ShugenArnold, Roshi, is the head of the Mountains
and Rivers Order, and abbot of Zen Mountain Monastery in upstate New York.
