Winter Solstice
This is a special opportunity to create space within the busyness of your life to pause and tend to your inner fire!
The Winter Solstice marks the shortest day and the longest night of the year. It symbolises the turning point when days begin to lengthen again, representing the rebirth of light and the gradual return of warmth and life.
As a community, the Winter Solstice provides an opportunity to honour and celebrate this natural cycle, fostering a deeper connection with the rhythms of the Earth and ourselves.
You’re invited to an enriching solstice celebration to reflect, connect, release and renew. You may come to the circle and the dance or just one element of the evening.
The Evenings Schedule
6:30 – 7:45pm – This is how we die and are reborn (optional)
You’ll be guided to connect with the energy of the solstice. Led by Arts Therapist and Nelson Open Floor Teacher Hester, exploring movement, reflection and journalling, you’ll be guided to explore the medicine of letting go of what no longer serves you and to set clear intentions for new seeds of growth in your life.
8 – 9:30pm – Solstice Dance: (optional)
Release on the dance floor. Seasoned and much loved DJ Hester will guide you through an irresistible set you can’t help but move too. Move freely and release anything that doesn’t serve this next season of rising light in your life.
