Loving and Embodying Anger
Dear Women,
Are you feeling tired, sluggish, out of your body and under pressure to get things done? Do you have a sense you can never keep up with life expecatitons and feel disempowered to make choices for yourself? You’d rather let others decide but then feel resentful afterwards? And have you wondered sometimes what a restful body actually feels like? Suppressed feelings – by stopping/hiding/judging them – cause confusion, a lack of direction and possibly and sense of hopelessness to be alive. Your energy is literally stuck and cannot move. This can also result in body pains and chronic symtoms such as inflammation. Slowly accessing, sensing, harnessing and using the power of your anger and all your other feelings (sadness, fear and joy) again can change your possibiitites, your physical symptoms and your general energy for feeling more juice to create and enjoy living. In this Introdcution to embodying your feelings we practice slowing down, landing in the present moment, to notice what you sense in your physical body, to experience the impact of other people’s energy in your space, to identify when you leave your body and practice coming back into the body, to create space for your feelings and emotions to flow, to start discovering what you want.The life that you want and love getting up for every day is possible. Learning to make small decisions in every moment and making shifts in your physical body is a beginning to letting go of old habits and creating new neurological pathways for more regenerative results, ie. more energy to play in life.
Annika Korsten holds space for more embodiment in this lifetime. She is continuously researching how to feel, sense, touch and experience within her physical body. Becoming more present to life, nature and its possibilities touches her to keep unfolding new paths and practices as well as sharing her gifts widely within her community to invoke the healer in every human on Earth.
