The Art of Profound Therapeutic Touch
This one day course will deepen your connection to yourself so allowing those you touch to have a more profound massage experience. We will explore what is held in the body, learn some exercises to develop body awareness including breath-work, movement and touch.
About the facilitator:
Stephanie has 30 years experience as a bodyworker, and deeply trusts the wisdom of the body.
She wants to share her understanding with those who want to use massage as a multi-faced therapy, to heal the whole self. Come along and learn how and why the body becomes stiff and store, become deeply connected to yourself and pass this on to your friends/family and clients.
