Can I self cater my function?

Yes, We have a fully equipped kitchen which you are welcome to use for a BYO / bring-a-plate style function. Additionally, most Nelson catering companies are familiar with our kitchen and we will be happy to recommend companies to you.

Can I choose my caterer and the alcohol I want to offer my guests?

Yes,  you have total choice of caterer, we are happy to recommend one if you would like. You also have control of what alcohol you bring on the premises, there are no add-on charges.

Can you help us on the day?

Yes, a member of the Fairfield team will always be on site to assist you, to ensure that whatever the event is you are organizing, it will run as smoothly as possible.

What is the maximum number of people I can seat for a formal dinner?

We can seat 80 comfortably in our ballroom. The courtyard can seat 100/120 guests. Marquees can be erected in the meadow for larger events.

Do you have a sound system? Wifi? A lecture podium we can use?
